End User License Agreement

BIM Mobius grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on devices authorized under your subscription tier.

• Permitted uses: personal use and internal business operations.
• Each subscription tier specifies the number of concurrent devices.
• The license is bound to your account — it cannot be sold, gifted, or sub-licensed.

You may not, without our written consent:

• Copy the software beyond a single backup
• Distribute the software to any third party
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software (except as required by law)
• Remove copyright or license notices
• Use the software to provide a service-bureau offering
• Transfer the license to another person or entity

• Software requires activation against BIM Mobius servers using your account credentials.
• Periodic license validation (heartbeat) ensures your subscription is current.
• Network interruptions trigger a 7-day grace period before features lock.
• Offline licenses (Ultra Max tier) are time-limited and bound to a device fingerprint.
• Hardware fingerprint is hashed and license-salted to prevent cross-correlation.

The software may auto-update to deliver bug fixes, security patches, and new features. By using the software, you consent to these updates.

BIM Mobius and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights. You acquire no rights beyond the license granted herein.

• The license is coterminous with your subscription.
• The license terminates automatically on breach, non-payment, or fraud.
• Upon termination, you must uninstall all copies of the software.

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Functionality may vary by host application (Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD) version. We do not guarantee compatibility with future host application versions.

Liability limits as defined in our Terms of Service apply equally to this EULA.

The software collects:

• Tool usage counts (anonymized aggregates)
• Software version and host application version
• Hardware fingerprint hash for license enforcement
• Crash reports (with personal paths sanitized)
• Periodic heartbeat events

You may disable usage telemetry in software settings. Heartbeat remains for license validation and cannot be disabled.

The software may be subject to US, EU, and Singapore export controls. You are responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction.

Governing law and dispute resolution follow the Terms of Service.
