Terms of Service

BIM Mobius provides software, content, and education for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

We may update these terms with at least 30 days notice via email and an in-product banner. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

• You must be 18 years or older and have legal capacity to contract.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• Each account is for a single person — sharing is prohibited.
• Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.

BIM Mobius offers four product lines: productivity addins, premium parametric content, AI-powered design tools, and online courses. Each is subject to its own usage rules described at the point of purchase.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

• Prices are listed in USD globally. Vietnamese customers may pay in VND via bank transfer.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
• Taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software according to your subscription tier and the End User License Agreement (EULA).

• Per-user, per-device limits apply (see your active subscription).
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or resell our software.
• You may not share licensed content with users outside your subscription seats.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: spamming, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, harassment, and fraud.

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination of your account at our sole discretion.

BIM Mobius retains all rights to the platform, including trademarks, code, designs, and content. Your subscription does not transfer ownership.

• You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.
• We may terminate for material breach, fraud, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity.
• Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked.

The services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee fitness for any particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) twelve months of fees paid by you, or (b) USD $1,000. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

These caps do not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intellectual property infringement caused by us.

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes are first subject to good-faith negotiation, then mandatory mediation, and finally arbitration in Singapore.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance via email and in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
