• How does license activation work offline?

  Ultra Max licenses ship as a signed .lic file. The addin verifies the Ed25519 signature locally on first launch — no network required after the initial download. The license remains valid through your subscription period, and your seat is checked back to the server every seven days when the machine is online. Air-gapped environments stay fully functional for the full grace window.

• Can I move a license to a different machine?

  Yes. Deactivate the current device from your account dashboard, wait twenty-four hours for the cooldown to clear, then activate on the new machine. Pro tier allows three transfers per thirty-day window; Pro Max and Ultra Max remove the limit. Transfers are audited and surface in your security log so you can spot anomalies.

• Can I pay from Vietnam?

  Yes. Prices are listed in USD globally, and Vietnamese customers can settle via local bank transfer (VND) with an automatic regional discount of fifteen percent applied at checkout. We accept Vietcombank, Techcombank, and BIDV transfers; invoices in Vietnamese are available on request for accounting and VAT recovery.

• What happens if I cancel a subscription?

  You keep full access through the end of your current billing period — no immediate lockout. After that, the addins enter a seven-day grace period where saved work continues to open and existing renders stay accessible. After day eight, premium features lock but your account, licenses, and download history remain intact in case you reactivate later.

• Is the AI module included in my subscription?

  AI credits are bundled per tier: Pro gets 100 credits per month, Pro Max 500, and Ultra Max 2,000. Credits cover render generation, prompt expansion, and style transfer. Unused credits roll forward one month; top-up packs are available without changing your tier. The AI module ships in Phase 2 — early-access pricing locks in for founding subscribers.

• Do you offer refunds?

  No refunds by default for digital products, which is standard for software-as-a-service. Exceptional circumstances — a critical bug we cannot fix within the grace window, accidental double-purchase, or sanctioned-region order — are reviewed case-by-case by the founder. Reach out within fourteen days of the original charge with a brief explanation and we will make it right.

• Do the addins work with the latest version of Revit?

  Yes. We track every Revit point release within two weeks and publish a compatibility matrix in the docs. Pro and above receive automatic updates over the air; the changelog calls out any API breakage so your team can stage the rollout. We currently support Revit 2022 through 2025, with backports available on the Enterprise plan.

• Can I deploy across a team or studio?

  Pro Max and Ultra Max include floating-seat licenses managed from a single dashboard. Add or revoke seats instantly, see who is online, and enforce single sign-on through your existing identity provider. Studio-wide deployment runs via a silent MSI installer with optional Group Policy templates — no per-machine clicking required.
